I offer a rage integration coaching service which helps you to process the experience that you have had at either a group or individual Rage Session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is not therapy<\/strong>, but more similar to a psychedelic integration to process an intense experience. This is recommended for anyone who wants support or is curious about how to meaningfully and helpfully change their behavior based on the realizations and experiences they had during a Rage Session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Example: <\/strong>You have realized that when you are angry, it’s because someone has crossed your boundaries. You would like support in figuring out how to articulate your boundaries better. I would give you a structure for articulating what this realization is, find where this anger is in your body when a boundary has been crossed, learn to listen to this anger, and then develop tools with you that you can commit to using in your daily routine and change your behavior to set better boundaries. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Step 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n In a free 15min check, we will both see if it’s a good match for me to support you in integrating your experience. If I don’t feel it works, I will do my best to recommend another service to you. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Step 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n A coaching can be in-person or online depending on your location and comfort. I suggest in-person for the same reasons a therapist might. This is not always appropriate for everyone, so try to know what your needs are. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Step 3<\/p>\n\n\n\n The first coaching will involve journaling, drawing, meditating, and talking. I will not be facilitating a Rage Session during a coaching, but will guide you through an anger meditation. At the end of this coaching, you will have one concrete commitment to integrating a lesson from the Rage experience. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Step 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n This will be a step you do alone, and where you do what you have committed to do in our coaching.
